Hosting, SSL, backups, updates, security monitoring and 3 hours of content edits a month. Invoiced separately from the build, from the day the site goes live; if you cancel you receive the site's files and data. Cancelling upkeep does not change ownership.
Pay in instalments
Total €500
We split the build cost into monthly payments and write the schedule into the quote. The total is the same as paying at once; there is no surcharge for splitting it. Ownership of the website passes to you after the final payment.

We send a written quote with the tier, the price, the deadline and a list of the content we need.

Design and build
We build the site in three languages with a mobile version and forms, then send a link to the preview.

Launch and upkeep
We connect the domain with an SSL certificate and publish the site. After that, upkeep at €30 a month, cancellable any month.
From you: Access to the domain, or the name you want if there is no domain yet.
Common questions
What happens if I cancel upkeep?
Upkeep can be cancelled in any month, with no minimum term and no penalty. The month you have paid for runs to its end, and we hand over the website files and data. After that we no longer provide hosting, backups or edits, and the site can be moved to another provider. Ownership does not change.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once the work is paid for in full, the website, its design and its content are your property, and you can move it, change it or hand it to another developer. If you pay in instalments, ownership passes after the last payment. We register the domain in your name; the registration fee is yours to cover.
Can you take over an existing website?
Usually yes. On the first call we look at the site you have and tell you whether we can take on its upkeep as it is, or whether a new site in one of the tiers works out better for you. You get the answer with a price and a deadline in a written quote. The domain and the content stay yours.
How long until the website is ready?
In days, once we have all the content: text, images and the logo. The exact deadline goes into the quote, and it starts on the day the content arrives. Preparing content usually takes longer than the build itself, so we send the content list together with the quote. Premium projects get priority delivery.
What do I need to prepare?
A detailed description of the company and of each service: what you do, who for, and what sets you apart. Then the images, the logo and contact details; if you already have a domain, access to it as well. Text in one language is enough: we prepare the other two versions, and that is included in the price. Together with the quote we send a list of exactly what your tier needs.
